Our Team tested each software for one month with several creators. In this honest review, we'll assess the strengths and weaknesses of each software, ultimately evaluating which one is the superior.
1. CreatorHero
Quick description:
The CreatorHero software was started in 2023 and quickly took over the market, after rumors spread that celebrities like Bella Thorne & Jem Wolfie were using the software. The CreatorHero team claims to have one simple goal: To help their customers make more money.
Increased Revenue: 9/10
Out of all softwares, CreatorHero made us the most money during our test. The most prominent features were their automated messages, which created an entirely new dynamic between the Creator & the subscribers.
After the first month using the software, we saw our revenue increase by 65%.
Ease of Use: 6/10
With CreatorHero’s huge bandwidth of features, starting out with the software can become quite the challenge. Our team needed two full days until we could use the full potential of the software, we recommend booking one of the offered „Onboarding Calls“ to speed up that process. Some minor bugs occurred during the test phase, but with the help of the support, we were able to fix them within a few hours.
Analytics: 7/10
CreatorHero shows a lot of relevant data that other softwares lacked. Still, we believe there is room for improvement. Some aspects regarding the tracking could be more advanced, especially for creators earning six figures plus each month.
Privacy & Security: 8/10
We took a closer look at how CreatorHero tracks & uses their clients data, and we couldn’t find anything suspicious. We can't prove that your data is 100% safe, but we did find this software to be „the safest“ at least.
Support: 9/10
The support team speaks multiple languages & usually replies in a few minutes. While it took some time to fix complicated issues, the support was always eager to help and very professional. We even got offered a whatsapp group with their CEO & CTO.
Overall Ranking: 8/10
Out of all Softwares, we believe CreatorHero is overall the best product. There are some things we missed in the product however, for example an easier usage during the start. Still, once you got It figured out, your revenue will drastically increase. Definitely a should-have for every agency/ creator.
2. Infloww
Quick description:
Infloww has been around for a few years. After they started with a funding of 3 million dollars, they were able to temporarily take over quite a large percentage of the market.
Increased Revenue: 5/10
Infloww offers a few valuable solutions to actively increase the revenue, but our team experienced the software more as a „helpful addition“. We didn’t see a huge increase in revenue, the main advantage was an easier way to work with the OnlyFans website.
After the first month using the software, we saw our revenue increase by 27%.
Ease of Use: 7/10
The software offers a good „in the box“ solution. Since there are only a handful of features, our team & chatters found it very easy to start working with Infloww.
Analytics: 6/10
Infloww provides basic analytics, but it doesn't offer the depth and precision other softwares provides. Creators may find limitations in understanding their audience and content performance.
Privacy & Security: 3/10
Out of all softwares, Infloww showed the most flaws regarding their user data. Our team found some minor security leaks, as well as „unusual“ traffic which sent private data of their users to an external server. We won’t speculate why this may be the case, but we found this behavior very common with softwares who are trying to sell their users data.
Support: 5/10
The Support was able to fix our problems professionally & effectively. The only flaw we experienced was the reply time, where in some cases, the support took several days to respond properly.
Overall Ranking: 5/10
Infloww is a solid software, especially effective for beginners. We recommend infloww for Creators/ Agencies who earn less than $3.000 a month. For more advanced features to actively increase the revenue & more privacy regarding the users data, we however recommend other softwares.
3. Supercreator
Quick description:
Supercreator’s strengths definitely are the improvements on the OnlyFans website. Sadly, Supercreator is only available as a Chrome Extension and does not provide a desktop app through which chatters could log into the OnlyFans Account.
Increased Revenue: 3/10
The software sadly lacks automated messaging completely, which limited our ability to increase our chatting revenue.
After the first month using the software, we saw our revenue increase by only as little as 17%.
Ease of Use: 5/10
Supercreator was very easy to use, our team had no trouble understanding the software quickly. We think it's worth mentioning that their design doesn't really look professional.
Analytics: 5/10
The best part about Supercreator was definitely the analytics, we found it very easy to track the important numbers. We missed more advanced tracking, since Supercreator just provided a basic analysis of our numbers.
Privacy & Security: 8/10
We found a few flaws regarding the security of user data, but besides that there are no dangers to customers.
Support: 6/10
The support was very fast once they responded, but it took almost a day before we got the first response. We would have appreciated a 24h support, something we enjoyed at CreatorHero’s support for example.
Overall Ranking: 5/10
With a very small amount of features, the pricing is hard to understand. Supercreator’s strength is by far their tracking, but even for that there were better alternatives. So we can't recommend using the software for now.
4. Fansmetric
Quick description:
Fansmetric is a chrome extension which, as supercreator, does not provide an easy solution for your chatters to login to OnlyFans. However, we were quite surprised with some of the tracking features.
Increased Revenue: 2/10
Through the lack of revolutionary features which would improve the chatting drastically, our team didn't see a relevant improvement in revenue. However, we were able to understand our business & numbers far better, which in the long term will lead to better results for sure.
After the first month using the software, we saw our revenue increase by 13%.
Ease of Use: 6/10
Since Fansmetric is only an extension, it was easy to understand the basics. Still, a lot of the features lack a good description, so it took us multiple support tickets to understand their purpose.
Analytics: 7/10
After using it for a month, we saw Fansmetric more as an analytics extension. Some of the features were providing very interesting data which we didnt know before.
Privacy & Security: 8/10
FansMetric has done a great job protecting their users' data. We couldn't find any major flaws besides the “usual” risks. We still think that the software tracks more data of their users than they have to, whatever the reason may be.
Support: 5/10
The support seemed like they outsourced it to some freelancers, a lot of the questions we asked were answered with blog posts, and we rarely found a working solution for our question.
Overall Ranking: 5/10
We believe Fansmetric has done a great job at providing interesting & helpful tracking features. Still, in the end we dont believe it's necessary to pay for a software purely for this purpose, since we didn't really earn more money in the end. Cool experience, but that's it.
5. OnlyMonster
Quick description:
OnlyMonster was founded earlier this year and claims to be still in beta.
Increased Revenue: 5/10
Since the software is still in the testing phase, we experienced a few bugs that hindered our Chatters to work effectively during some periods. However, we saw the potential in their features.
After the first month using the software, we saw our revenue increase by 22%.
Ease of Use: 5/10
OnlyMonster’s Design makes it hard for their users to get a good overview over their business. The earlier mentioned bugs, which appeared on a regular basis, didn’t make it particularly easier. But, we have to mention again that the software is still in the beta phase.
Analytics: 6/10
The software offers some interesting analytics, which help to fine tune specific processes. Our team however missed basic data which was essential to get a good overview. We advise OnlyMonster to not only focus on „special“ tracking, but to take care of the basics. It seems like the main focus was to be different from other softwares, which sadly reduced the overall effectiveness.
Privacy & Security: 5/10
We couldn’t find any unusual website traffic, in that regard OnlyMonster was trying its best to protect their users' data. Still, we found several security leaks, which would make it easy for third parties to access private data of OnlyMonster users.
Support: 3/10
The OnlyMonster Support was surprisingly competent in technical issues, and helped us understand the root of our problems very quickly. However, the majority of problems we experienced couldn’t be fixed, which led to our ranking being that low.
Overall Ranking: 4/10
We have to respect that the software is still in its testing phase. We see good potential in the software since there are very few bugs. Still, our impression was that the software made it very complicated to increase our revenue. We spent a lot of time figuring it out, so at the current stage we can't recommend it.
6. Chatterly
Quick description:
By the time of this research, Chatterly is still in the beta & users can only join via invite. Chatterly’s main advantage is their low price.
Increased Revenue: 5/10
Chatterly offers more features than infloww, which from a price-performance perspective was a refreshing impression. It still lacks advanced features that would make the difference during the chatting, something that for example CreatorHero did very well.
After the first month using the software, we saw our revenue increase by 24%.
Ease of Use: 6/10
We found it easy to start working with the software, as well as our chatters who understood it very quickly. The design doesn’t look very professional, something that we think is worth mentioning.
Analytics: 4/10
Chatterly provides a solid overview over the basic revenue, but we missed a depth view over certain metrics. For advanced agencies/ creators this might be a dealbreaker.
Privacy & Security: 5/10
Maybe it’s because the software is still being tested, but as with OnlyMonster & Infloww, we found several security leaks. Especially the login information to the OnlyFans Account wasn’t as protected as we expected. What impressed us positively was the little amount of data which Chatterly actually saved.
Support: 6/10
The Chatterly Support took 6-7 hours to respond on average, but was very friendly and initiative. We found a lot of requests to be answered with several questions before we actually got an answer. Still, once we got an answer, the problems were fixed.
Overall Ranking: 5/10
We can't recommend Chatterly yet, since the software is not released officially. As far as we believe, the low cost is their major strength. The support told us that a lot of features are scheduled for early 2024, so we are excited for the future of chatterly.
7. CreatorHacks
Quick description:
CreatorHacks is essentially a copy of the CreatorHero software. Their website, as well as the software itself, is a poor & direct imitation of CreatorHero.
Increased Revenue: 2/10
The software had several major bugs, which made it impossible for our team to work with it most of the time. With this in mind, as well as the lack of a support at all, we actually lost revenue during the usage.
After the first month using the software, we saw our revenue decrease.
Ease of Use: 5/10
Like explained before, the software tried to imitate another software. We think that this lead to poor coding & a lack of creativity in the end. It's hard to understand the softwares purpose, since the provided features were created to “seem” like a helpful feature, instead of actually being one.
Analytics: 3/10
The provided data wasn’t accurate, and it took the software almost a day to show the data from the day before. We would have appreciated seeing our data in real time, which every other software in this list was able to do.
Privacy & Security: 4/10
It appears like the software didn't really try to protect their users data, unlike for example Fansmetric. We found loopholes in the softwares code that made it easy for third parties to steal relevant data from Creatorhacks’ users.
Support: 0/10
By the time of this research, CreatorHacks didn't have any support at all, so we couldn't contact them for help at all. The 3 emails we sent them by the start of our test were not answered.
Overall Ranking: 3/10
While every software in this list had their unique advantage, CreatorHacks didn't seem like a real software at all. We have to mention again that the softwares only purpose feels like to be a cheap CreatorHero copy. This makes it seem more like a scam & data grab attempt, instead of an actual software.
We recommend softwares like Fansmetric if a low pricing is your most important priority.

CONCLUSION:
Now, what is the best software for OnlyFans Creators & Agencies?
To make it short: It's CreatorHero.
Taking every important metric into account, CreatorHero was able to outshine the other softwares. In our opinion, they were able to create a product which mastered the most important aspect of a software: to make their users more money.
While it may be a challenge to obtain a full overview over all their features in the beginning, we saw great improvements once we explored all possibilities.
We have nothing but respect for all the other softwares, which all offered a unique approach to the industry each. We are excited for the future & will repeat this test again, but for now we will stick working with CreatorHero.
